Introduction
This article explains how to purchase a NordVPN dedicated IP address.
Before you start
- You must have an active NordVPN subscription. If you are a new user, you can purchase a dedicated IP along with your subscription.
- When you purchase a dedicated IP, your email address will be linked to that IP address.
Here’s what to do
NOTE: It may take up to three business days to set up your dedicated IP address after you choose your server location.
- If you are a new user, go to the NordVPN pricing page. During checkout, find the section for optional services and click the “add” button for the dedicated IP.
- If you are an existing user:
- Log in to your Nord Account, go to the "NordVPN" tab, and click the “get dedicated IP” button.
- Alternatively, you can start the purchase from the NordVPN app on Windows or macOS. Go to the "Specialty servers" list and click on "Dedicated IP."
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment process.
- After your purchase is successful, finish the Dedicated IP setup in your Nord Account.
Additional tips
- You can purchase multiple dedicated IPs for a single NordVPN account, but you can’t exceed ten simultaneous connections overall.
- After you purchase a dedicated IP, you must go to your Nord Account dashboard to select your IP's location to finish the setup.
- If you are in a country with heavy internet restrictions, you may need to follow a manual setup guide for your dedicated IP to work correctly.
