I can’t connect to a dedicated IP

Problem

You can’t connect to your dedicated IP server through NordVPN’s app.

Common symptoms

  • You get error notifications.
  • The app is stuck on the “Finding server” status, or does not load IP and ISP information.

Troubleshooting steps 

NOTE: The NordVPN dedicated IP servers are not supported by the tvOS app or browser extensions.
