Please note, that we do not offer support via phone calls. Nevertheless, our agents will assist you effectively over any of our other channels of communication.
We have three customer support teams:
- General info: provide general information about the NordVPN service and features; help set up devices and securely access streaming websites and dedicated IP inquiries.
- Billing: help with NordVPN subscriptions, accounts, and payment.
- Connectivity: help with setting up a router; advanced connectivity troubleshooting; help with connectivity in countries with internet restrictions.
