Please note, that we do not offer support via phone calls. Nevertheless, our agents will assist you effectively over any of our other channels of communication.
We have three customer support teams:
- General info: provide general information about the NordVPN service and features; help with setting up devices and accessing streaming websites securely.
- Billing: help with NordVPN subscriptions, accounts, payment, and dedicated IP inquiries.
- Connectivity: help with setting up a router; advanced connectivity troubleshooting; help with connectivity in countries with internet restrictions.
