Note: you may get prompted to change your password in our application. From time to time, we will roll out mandatory password change prompts to ensure that the best security practices are kept. Our recommendation is to create a unique and complex password for any sensitive service you use.
If you need to change your password, follow the steps below to do so.
- Log in to your Nord Account using your password.
- In the top-right corner of the page, click on the arrow next to your email address and select "Account settings."
- Click on the "Change password" button:
To change your service credentials (for example, if you want to set up NordVPN manually on your router), contact our customer support team by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or other means.
