How to cancel a subscription

Note: This tutorial will show you how to cancel a recurring subscription so that you are not charged automatically next time. But it will not show you how to get a refund for your payment. If you wish to receive a refund, please read the article here or contact our customer support.   

In order to cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription:

  1. Head to NordAccount, login, and open the 'Billing' section. 
  2. When in the 'Billing' section, click on the 'Subscriptions' tab.
  3. Click on 'Manage' next to Auto-Renewal.
  4. Choose to 'Cancel auto-renewal'.
