How to cancel a subscription

Note: This tutorial will show you how to cancel a recurring subscription so that you are not charged automatically next time. But it will not show you how to get a refund for your payment. If you wish to receive a refund, please read the article here.   

If you would like to cancel NordPass, NordLocker or your bundle subscription services, you may follow the same steps.

In order to cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription:

  1. Head to NordAccount, login, and open the 'Billing' section. 
  2. When in the 'Billing' section, click on the 'Subscriptions' tab.
  3. Click on 'Manage' next to Auto-Renewal.
  4. Choose to 'Cancel auto-renewal'.




    If the cancelation process is successful - you will receive an email confirming this action.
