I can’t connect to a dedicated IP on Windows

Problem

You can’t connect to your dedicated IP server through NordVPN’s Windows app.

Common symptoms

  • You get error notifications.
  • The app is stuck on the “Finding server” status, or does not load IP and ISP information.
