If you can't access your MFA device right now but want to access your Nord Account, try using one of your backup codes. These codes will instantly get you into your account.
If you've lost your MFA device and can't recover it, we'll need to reset your MFA settings and set it up on a different device or security key.
To do this, please provide details about your most recent NordPass or NordVPN purchase so we can verify your identity. After you submit the form, we'll email you to confirm that your Nord Account MFA has been successfully reset.
