If, at the moment, you have no access to your MFA device and wish to open your Nord Account, first, try to use one of your backup codes instead, which will give you instant access to your Nord Account and our services.
Suppose you completely lost an MFA-based device and will have no chance to regain access. In that case, we will have to reset this setting and set up an MFA on a different device/security key.
For us to do so, please provide the following information regarding your most recent NordPass/NordVPN purchase to identify you. After sending a form, we will confirm your identity and inform you over E-Mail that you provided about a successful Nord Account MFA reset.
