I have signed up and have not received a password

If you have signed up without entering your password in the registration form, you should've received a link in your inbox with which you can proceed to registration.

In case you are unable to find such letter in your mailbox, you can go ahead and reset your password:

  1. Login to your Nord Account on this page: my.nordaccount.com/

  2. Click on Forgot your password? hyperlink:

  3. Enter your Nord Account registration e-mail address and click Send Reset Link:

  4. Check your registered email address and try to log in by opening Nord Account once again.

Lastly, if neither of those solutions works, it could be that you have mistyped your email address initially, and in that case, we would suggest contacting our support team to locate your account.
