Make sure you can log in to your Nord Account.

Here’s what to do

  1. Unfortunately, you cannot downgrade your active subscriptions. To downgrade a subscription, you must first request a refund according to our money-back policy.
  2. After you request a refund, log in to your Nord Account.
  3. In the left-hand menu, click on “Available plans.”
  4. After that, you can click on a subscription with a lower length or a different package.
