Make sure you can log in to your Nord Account.
Here’s what to do
- Unfortunately, you cannot downgrade your active subscriptions. To downgrade a subscription, you must first request a refund according to our money-back policy.
- After you request a refund, log in to your Nord Account.
- In the left-hand menu, click on “Available plans.”
- After that, you can click on a subscription with a lower length or a different package.

- If you subscribed through third-party services, such as a coupon code, you will need to contact the reseller.
