This article will show you how to enable and configure NordProtect to help safeguard your personal and financial information through monitoring and detection features. NordProtect currently offers identity and cyber protection benefits to customers residing in the USA.
Requirements
Ensure you have purchased NordProtect and live in the USA.
Here’s what to do
- Set up multi-factor authentication:
- Log in to your NordProtect through Nord Account.
- Click “Verify” on the “Finish verification” message.
- Click “Enable MFA on Nord Account.”
- Follow the on-screen prompt, also shown in our guide on how to set up MFA on Nord Account.
- Read the disclosure agreement that will pop up after adding the multi-factor authentication and click “Continue.”
- After being redirected to the identity verification window, fill in your information and click “Verify.”.
- Click on the passcode delivery method you would like to receive.
- After you receive the code, enter it in the text box.
- In some cases, you will be redirected to the security questions section. Select the correct answers to the questions, and click “Next.”
- After that, you will have successfully set up NordProtect.
