Problem
After changing your password, you were logged out of the NordVPN apps for all your devices. This is not an error but an intentional security measure designed to protect your account.
Common symptoms
- The NordVPN app suddenly asks you to log back in again.
- You receive a message saying "Session expired" in your Nord Account.
Troubleshooting steps
- Open the NordVPN application.
- Enter your email address.
- Enter your new password in the password field.
- Click "Log In."
