In this article, you’ll learn about how to get connection logs from the NordVPN browser extension.

Here’s what to do

Click the jigsaw piece icon at the upper-right corner of your browser to access the “Extensions” tab.
Click the NordVPN icon to open the NordVPN extension.
Click "Help" at the bottom-left corner.
Look for the "Diagnostic logs" heading and click the "Download logs" button. The file will be automatically downloaded to your computer.
