How to get connection logs on macOS

In this article, you will learn how to collect NordVPN application diagnostics so you can send them to our customer support team.

Here's what to do

Click on the question mark button at the bottom left of the app.
Click "Get logs."
Finder will open with the NordVPN app diagnostics, look for and send the newest diagnostics to our team for further troubleshooting.
