NordVPN does not log any of your activity online. The only information we keep about our users is their encrypted login credentials and billing information for refund procedures.
However, there is some information we need to keep:
- Your email address to send the latest NordVPN news and retrieve a forgotten password.
- A username to establish a VPN connection.
- Payment information. We store the transaction or order ID in case you request a refund. However, your account is not linked with any activity you have done when connected to a VPN. We would recommend you use CoinPayments for anonymous payments.
As per our no-logs-policy, we would be unable to provide any relevant information in case of a valid court order.
