Managing my NordAccount settings

Introduction

Nord Account is the central hub where you can manage everything and anything NordVPN-related on your account. That includes managing subscriptions, account security, and accessing your billing information. This article will guide you through all the available features in Nord Account and how to manage them.

Before you start

  • Make sure you have access to your Nord Account.

Here's what to do

  1. Log in to your Nord Account.
  2. Once logged in, you will see all active Nord Security product subscriptions on the main dashboard or the left column under the Nord Account logo. From there, you are able:

    • To manage all Nord Security services:



      • Click "Available plans" in the left column under "Downloads" to extend subscriptions and buy additional services.
      • Click "View your deals" on the right side of the page to see available deals and promotions that are special to you.
      • To download and install Nord Security apps, click "Downloads" in the left column or "Download apps" on the download centre message on the right of the Nord Account homepage dashboard.
      • You can manage the Dark Web Monitor, SmartDNS, Threat Protection Pro™, Meshnet, and dedicated IP features and settings.
      • In the NordVPN tab, you can also set up an access token for headless Linux devices or manual connection methods.

    • To manage your account settings, click "Manage account" on the right side, and you will be able to:



      • Change your password, manage alternative sign-in options and delete your NordVPN account.
      • To be able to change your MFA settings, click "Multi-Factor authentication (MFA)" to change your MFA settings.
      • To change your notification preferences, click "Notification preferences" to manage whether you would like Nord Security services to send you marketing emails or the Dark Web Monitor to send you alerts.

         

    • To manage your subscription, click the "Billing" button on the left, and you will be able to:
