The main differences between the two features are:
- Threat Protection Pro™ works without being connected to the VPN, but you must be connected to one of the NordVPN servers to use the Threat Protection feature.
- Windows and macOS devices support both Threat Protection Pro™ and Threat Protection features. Meanwhile, Android, iOS, and Linux devices and Chrome, Firefox, and Edge extensions support only Threat Protection.
