How to cancel auto-renewal for your NordVPN subscription

If your subscription was purchased via the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or Amazon App Store and you wish to cancel it, follow the respective articles below:

 

Cancelling your NordVPN subscription

If you have purchased your subscription directly from NordVPN and wish for your subscription to no longer renew at the subsequent billing date, you may cancel your subscription via your Nord Account.

You can follow the same steps to cancel your NordPass, NordLocker, Dedicated IP, or bundle subscription services.

 

To cancel the automatic renewal of your NordVPN subscription, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Nord Account
  2. Open the billing tab:

  3. Click cancel next to auto-renewal:

  4. Select cancel auto-renewal:

  5. Your auto-renewal status will now change to off:

You will receive a confirmation email to your registered email account if your subscription cancellation is successful:
