If you can’t connect to our servers, there are a few account-related things you should check:
- Make sure you are using the correct password.
Go to the Nord Account page and try logging in. If you forgot your password, you can retrieve it by following these steps.

- Make sure your account is active.
Go to the Nord Account page and check the status of your account. You should see the Active status under the NordVPN service.
