It says my username or password is incorrect

There may be a few reasons causing this error:

  • First, make sure you are using the latest version of the application.
  • If that does not help, you may be using the wrong password. Follow these steps to reset your password:
  1. Log in to your Nord Account here: https://my.nordaccount.com/
