Our support team can help you purchase additional Dedicated IPs. If you already have a Dedicated IP and want to add a second (or more), our team will provide a purchase link and assign the new static IP to your account.
Before you start
- Ensure you have an active NordVPN account.
- To add another Dedicated IP, or set up multiple static IPs, request a specific purchase link from our support team. You cannot buy these through standalone payments or bundles.
- Additional Dedicated IPs are available with a 1-year or 2-year plan.
Here's what to do
- To request an additional Dedicated IP, use the "Chat with support" or "Email us" button below this article.
- Our team will provide you with a dedicated purchase link.
- Complete the purchase using the link provided, selecting your preferred 1-year or 2-year plan.
- Once the purchase is complete, contact us again so we can assign the additional Dedicated IP address to your account.
Additional tips
- Additional Dedicated IP addresses do not renew automatically. If you want to keep using one beyond its term, contact us before the expiration date to arrange a renewal.
- Keep a note of your Dedicated IP's expiration date so you don't lose access unexpectedly.
