I didn’t receive my gift card

Problem

You did not receive a gift card email after purchasing a NordVPN subscription.

Before you start

Keep in mind that the duration for getting the gift card might vary:

  • If the gift card is a NordVPN subscription coupon, you should receive the email within 48 hours after the purchase. 
  • If the gift card is from an external provider, you should receive it 31-50 days after the purchase. Also, the gift must be claimed through your Nord Account within thirty-one (31) days of purchasing. You can claim the gift either by visiting the designated page directly or by following the instructions provided in the initial confirmation email and a reminder email sent 3 days before the deadline. You can check the gift card status at the Nord Account: https://my.nordaccount.com/gifts/.

Troubleshooting

  1. Double-check if your subscription is eligible for a gift card. You can check that in the Terms and Conditions of NordVPN’s gift-with-purchase promotion.
  2. Check your Spam or Junk folders.
