When visiting our website, you may see your status shown as "Unprotected", like so:

This means currently you are not successfully connected to our servers.

If you are new to our services, we suggest downloading and installing our software from over here: You can choose from a selection of custom applications to connect to our servers, and protect your connection.

If you have been using NordVPN for a while, and your status is "Unprotected" even while you are connected, please check if your IPv6 is leaking by following this article:
