I have lost/forgotten my Username/Password?

To reset your password, please follow these steps:

1. Go to our Lost Password page, enter your email address and press Get New Password.

2. You will receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password. Click the link, and you will receive another email shortly with a new password. Please note that this password only able to log you in into our website.

3. Log in to your profile with the new password.

4. Go into the profile settings page, and change your password there.

Afterwards you will be able to log-in into our applications, and connect to our servers.

 

Optional: you can also send us requests to support@nordvpn.com and our Customer Support team will reset your password manually. If you are writing from a different e-mail than your registered account - please provide us with the proof of your payment.
