Some antivirus software for Windows falsely detect malware on the NordVPN software, rest assured it is safe to use. Here is what you need to do:
1) Temporarilly disable your antivirus software.
2) Redownload NordVPN installation file from our website.
3) Add the NordVPN installation file that you have downloaded to the antivirus exception list.
4) Install NordVPN
5) Add NordVPN software to the antivirus exception list also.
If that does not help, it may be that the antivirus software is conflicting with the NordVPN software, thus please try completely removing the antivirus software and then install NordVPN software. Check if any issues persists, if it doesn't install the antivirus software once again.
