I get a TAP driver error when connecting to VPN

There may be a few reasons for that. Usually restarting the TAP adapter helps. To restart it go to: Control Panel -> Network and Sharing Center -> Change Adapter Settings (one of the local area connections will have an undername TAP-Windows Adapter v9) -> Disable it and re-enable -> Try to connect again.

If the issue persists, you can reinstall your TAP drivers that can be downloaded here:
