How to get connection logs on Android

Introduction

This article explains how to send diagnostic logs from the NordVPN app on your Android device.

Before you start

  • Make sure you have the NordVPN app installed on your Android device.
  • Log in to your NordVPN account.

Here’s what to do

NOTE: After sending the logs, you will receive a reference number. Please provide this number to our support agent.

  1. Open the NordVPN app and tap the profile icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
  2. Tap "Help".
  3. Tap "Diagnostic logs."
  4. Tap "Send to customer care."

Additional tips

  • Diagnostic logs do not contain any personally identifiable information and are used only for technical troubleshooting.
  • It is best to send logs only when a support agent has asked you to do so.
