I did not receive an activation email

Problem

You have signed up for a Nord Account but have not received the verification email needed to complete your registration and set your password.

Common symptoms

No verification or account setup email arrives in your inbox after registration.

Troubleshooting steps

  • Allow up to 5 minutes for the email to arrive. Automated systems can sometimes have a short delay.
  • Thoroughly check your "Junk," "Spam," "Promotions," "Social," and other categorized folders in your email account. Since these emails are automated, they can sometimes be misdirected by email providers.
  • Reset your Nord Account password:

    1. Go to the Nord Account login page and click the “Forgot your password?” button.
    2. Enter your email address and click the “Send” button.
    3. Open the password reset email and click the “Reset Password” button.
    4. Enter your new password and click the “Create password” button.
