How to reach NordVPN customer support?

While we don't offer phone support, we have different options to contact NordVPN customer support available 24/7 and ready to help you!

 

Help Center

First off, if you run into any issues using NordVPN - check out our Help Center that is available in 14 languages: English, German, French, Danish, Italian, Spanish, Norwegian, Swedish, Dutch, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese-Brazilian, Traditional Chinese.

You can change the language by scrolling down until you see the language change option and clicking on the language you prefer. This will ensure that you can look for information in a language comfortable for you.

After you have set the language you want to look information in, you can find solutions in the help center by either:

  • Searching for information using Help Center's search bar, which will list out articles according to the keywords typed in the search query:
