Our servers provide static shared IP addresses thus many different users are using the same IP address to access the same websites. These websites can detect that there is increased traffic from a single IP address and thus this check is implemented to prevent any abuse of the website/service.
You can overcome this issue by connecting to a less loaded server via the server list on the application.
