Using Microsoft Office and OneDrive while connected to NordVPN

If you are experiencing issues with accessing Microsoft services such as Microsoft Office, OneDrive or Office 365 services while connected to the NordVPN on your Windows PC, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

  1. Please go to Control Panel -> Network and sharing center -> Change adapter settings.



    Notice the name of your active network under the View your active networks.


     
  2. Right click on your active network adapter and select Properties. Make sure you have selected the network adapter with a name from the previous step.


     
  3. Afterwards, select IPv4 and Properties again.


     
  4. Then please add these DNS addresses and click OK:
     8.8.8.8
     8.8.4.4
