Streaming troubleshooting steps

If you're having issues with certain streaming services while using our service, you can follow these basic troubleshooting steps to try resolve this issue.

1. Make sure your connection is not leaking any information, most common leaks are DNS, IPv6 and WebRTC.
    To make sure your connection is set up properly you can check our website if your status is "Protected"

   
If you are connected to one of our servers and your status is "Unprotected" you will have to take additional steps to make sure it is secure.

2. To remove any leaks from your connection you can follow these tutorials:
    • Change DNS servers manually.
    • WebRTC leak prevention.
    • Disable IPv6.
