Websites unreachable with VPN connected

After a successful connection, you might not be able to reach some or all websites, there are a few things that you could try doing to fix this issue.

1. Try connecting to a few different servers.
2. Switch from UDP to TCP in the application settings if your application supports it.
3. If it is a known and trusted website, try checking if you can reach that website with the CyberSec feature turned off in your application settings. If there is some trusted domain that you can reach with the feature off, you should let our customer support agents know of it.
4. Add exceptions for NordVPN.exe and nordvpn-service.exe into your antivirus/firewall applications, as they might be blocking our application from accessing the network.
5. Try other connection methods like OpenVPN manual or IKEv2. Different connection methods have different network configurations.
6. If you have recently installed our application, try restarting your device. During the installiation of our application network adapters used for our service will be installed, so a system restart might help to synchronize and put everything into place.
