What to do if I have lost/forgotten my Password?

To reset your password, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to our Lost Password page, enter your email address and press Send Reset Link.
  2. You will receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password. Click the link, and you will receive another email shortly with a new password. Please note that this password only able to log you in into our website.
  3. Log in to your profile with the new password.
  4. Go into the profile settings page, and change your password there.

Afterwards, you will be able to log-in into our applications and connect to our servers.

Optional: you can also send requests to support@nordvpn.com and our Customer Support team will reset your password manually.

Note: If you are having trouble remembering your password, try using a password manager. To circumvent this issue in the future, we advise using a password manager. This way your passwords are secure and you do not have to worry about forgetting them. If you are looking for one, you can check our new product NordPass.
