How to check the NordVPN app version?

In this article, you will learn how to quickly find the version number of your NordVPN application across different operating systems and devices. Keeping your app updated ensures you have the latest security features and performance improvements.

Here's what to do

Windows

Click the profile icon on the top right of the NordVPN app.
Click "Settings."
The version of the application will be displayed at the bottom of the page.

macOS

Open the application and click on the "NordVPN" button in the upper left corner (next to the Apple icon).
Click on the "About NordVPN" button.
A window will appear displaying the version number just below the application icon and name.

Linux

The version is displayed at the top of the terminal page when you open the app. Alternatively, you can use the following command:

Open a new terminal window.
Type nordvpn version and press Enter.
The version will be listed at the end of the output text.

Android

Open the "Settings" app.
Search for "NordVPN" in the search bar.
Tap on the NordVPN app.
Scroll down to the bottom to see the app version.

iOS

Open the NordVPN app and tap the profile icon in the bottom right corner.
Tap "Settings."
Scroll down to find the application version located just beneath the General tab.

Android TV

Open the "Settings" menu on your Android TV device.
Select "Apps" (or "Applications").
Choose "See all apps" and select the NordVPN app.
