It says my username or password is incorrect

There may be a few reasons that are causing this error to appear:

  1. First, make sure you are using the latest application version.
  2. If that does not help, you may be using a wrong password. We suggest using our password reset form.
  3. If you do not receive an email with the link to reset your password within five minutes, we suggest contacting customer support to help you locate your account.
