It says my username or password is incorrect

There may be a few reasons that are causing this error to appear:

  • First, make sure you are using the latest application version.
  • If that does not help, you may be using the wrong password. Follow these steps to reset your password:

  3. Enter your Nord Account registration e-mail address and click Send Reset Link:
