It says my username or password is incorrect

There may be a few reasons that are causing this error to appear:

  1. First, please try logging in at our website under My Account category. If you are able to log in there, we would advise you to change your password to contain no special characters.
  2. If that does not help, we would suggest using our password reset form.
  3. If you do not receive an email with the link to reset your password within five minutes, we suggest contacting customer support to help you locate your account.
