Unauthorised use of Credit or Debit card

NordVPN provides VPN (virtual private network) services using a subscription model. If you are suspicious about a charge from NordVPN (or any other Nord product) on your credit or debit card statement, contact Nord VPN's customer support for help:

  • Email: Write to support@nordvpn.com.
  • Live chat: Press the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of this page.

To help us identify the payment, please provide the following details:

  • First six and last four digits of the card
  • Cardholder name
  • Amount charged
  • The exact date of the transaction

In many cases, the charges will be the result of a friend or family member using your card.
